Excellent Customer Service

I have had this product for a couple of months. It is working fine. The fan runs continuously to keep the temperature uniform. There is a bit of noise you can hear all the time but if it is not in a quiet room it should be OK. The customer service is excellent. I had questions about the fan and they responded very quickly and offered to replace the fan.

A Nice Wine Fridge at a Reasonable Price Point

I'm glad I purchased this 24'' wine fridge. It replaces a 10-year-old fridge that finally bit the dust. A couple of specifics:
1) Although I would have preferred a black border on the door (to match other black appliances in my kitchen) the stainless is pleasantly subtle, not shiny.
2) The hardest parts of the installation were getting it out of the boxes (quite secure) and plugging it in (a 7' cord would have made it much easier to reach around the unit to get to the outlet). It fits nicely in the slot under my counter.
3) The display lights are a classy touch for a party.
4) The controls are intuitive and easy to use.
5) I have it set for 50, and it keeps my white wine nicely cooled while on only occasionally.
6) Hard to tell when it's on, a small indicator light (hidden when the door is closed) would be a nice touch.

Classy high end look, very solid and quiet wine cooler

Great, solid little wine fridge at a good price. It has a classy high-end look and smooth non-clattering racks. We looked at everything and finally settled on this quality, well-priced unit, believe me, we look locally a fridge like this was over $1500.
Holds its temp, holds a good number of bottles for us, not too noisy when the compressor goes on (though you do hear it).
I measured the temps top, middle, and bottom shelves and all were within one degree of the set temperature. It looks very high-end for a lower cost! I would recommend to my friends.
